What to include in your email

• The device and OS version (for example iPhone / iPadOS 18, or Pixel / Android 15)
• The app version from the App Store or Google Play listing
• Whether you are on iOS or Android
• What you were trying to do, and what happened instead
• For purchases: Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime, and the store country if relevant

Please do not email passwords, payment card numbers, or your full portfolio details unless they are needed to reproduce a bug.

Subscriptions and restore

Retire Roadmap requires a subscription or a Lifetime purchase. Yearly includes 7 days free for new subscribers, then the plan renews unless cancelled. Monthly has no free trial. Lifetime is a one-time payment with no trial. A subscription includes up to eight assets, roadmap exports (PDF / Excel), and an ad-free experience. Payment is handled only by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see your card details.

• Restore a purchase: open Retire Roadmap, tap the ⋮ menu, then Restore purchases. Use the same Apple ID or Google account you used to buy.

iPhone and iPad

• Manage or cancel a subscription: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions.
• Refunds: request these from Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com. We cannot issue App Store refunds ourselves.

Android

• Manage or cancel a subscription: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions, or play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
• Refunds: request these from Google Play via support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637. We cannot issue Play Store refunds ourselves.
